Current Shipping Guidelines for Live Floral Products
· Grower Direct floral products:
Grower Direct floral items, are shipped by Overnight Courier, Tuesday through Saturday for delivery in the US and Canada. Orders for US delivery must be received prior to 2:00pm EST, the day before scheduled delivery. Canadian orders must be received by 12:00pm EST, the day before scheduled delivery. Please note: there is no Monday delivery available for Grower Direct flowers, due to carrier restrictions.
· Florist arranged products:
All florist arrangements ordered from Cottage Flowers and Gifts are designed and delivered, Monday through Saturday, by a local florist in the recipient’s area. Orders must be received by 11:45am, EST for same day delivery. At this time, we do not offer Sunday delivery of florist designed arrangements. Most florist arrangements are available for delivery in the United States and Canada. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii carry an additional charge. Please call or e-mail us for a delivery price quote to these areas.
Current Shipping Guidelines for Gift Baskets, Gourmet Food Products and Dried Floral Arrangements
· Gift Baskets
Our gift baskets will generally ship the same business day, if we receive your order before 2:45pm EST. Many of our gift baskets can be shipped to Canada.
· Gourmet Food Products
Gourmet foods are shipped Ground, Next Day Air, or, in some cases, 2nd Day Air, to ensure that you receive only the freshest possible product. Standard shipping--business days, Monday thru Friday.
· Dried Floral Arrangements and Wreaths
Because our dried floral products are hand-made to order, they are shipped within 5-7 business days by FedEx, or UPS, insured.
All orders for flowers, gift baskets, gifts, fresh fruit, and dried floral\'s, received after 1:00pm EST, will ship the next business day.
Changes, Cancellations and Errors
No changes or cancellations are accepted for any orders which have already been processed for shipping. During any Holiday season, we need to receive all changes or cancellations at least 5 business days prior to the delivery date.
A $15.00 re-route fee is charged on any order that has an incomplete, or incorrect address, or is addressed to an APO address, P.O. Box, or overseas.
