Each year at the Summer International Fancy Food Show, sponsored by NASFT (National Association of Specialty Food Trade), a competition is held for awards in several categories. Packaging: To insure the freshness and quality of our fine dessert products; they are all flash frozen, and carefully packaged in sturdy corrugated boxes. Cakes and tarts are packed in Styrofoam shippers with dry ice and/or gel packs. Cookies and Madeleines are securely packed in shipping boxes without dry ice.

If dry ice still remains in box upon arrival, USE POT HOLDER TO REMOVE, DO NOT TOUCH WITH BARE HANDS!
