A biscotti crust is topped with our espresso dark chocolate silk. A layer of our white chocolate Marsala Silk Mousse is topped with a sour cream pound cake. That is brushed with Brandy and coffee and topped with another layer of Marsala Silk Mousse. This dessert is finished with dark chocolate shavings.

You can enjoy this dessert frozen or thawed. When eaten frozen, it's almost like eating ice cream, only it doesn't melt as fast as ice cream....try this one, it's great anytime of the year, and it makes a "Fabulous" gift!

All of Our Sinfully Decadent Chocolate Desserts are produced using only the finest ingredients available.....Guittard chocolates, pure heavy cream, unsalted butter, and pasteurized eggs because this is not a baked product and the pasteurized eggs insures that there can be "NO" salmonella.

Our Silk Pies will serve 10 to 16 people comfortably depending on how you would like to serve them and which dessert you purchase.
