This beautiful and delicious tart was selected as the "Outstanding New Product" Winner at the 1991 International Fancy Food Show. It is a butter cookie tart shell filled with a crunchy, chewy, almond filling topped with seedless raspberry jam and a decorative swirled glaze. A very special treat!

Each year at the Summer International Fancy Food Show, sponsored by NASFT (National Association of Specialty Food Trade), a competition is held for awards in several categories. Thousands of products are submitted. The judges are buyers from specialty food stores nationwide. Each year, about 20 Winners and 75 Finalists are chosen. Our terrific desserts have been selected 10 times as Finalists, and 4 times as Winners!

Packaging: To insure the freshness and quality of our fine dessert products; they are all flash frozen, and carefully packaged in sturdy corrugated boxes. Cakes and tarts are packed in Styrofoam shippers with dry ice and/or gel packs. Cookies and Madeleines are securely packed in shipping boxes without dry ice.
If dry ice still remains in box upon arrival, USE POT HOLDER TO REMOVE, DO NOT TOUCH WITH BARE HANDS!
