The Royal Raspberry Silk Cake was originally designed as a Private Signature Silk for Princess Tours. Until now, it has never been offered to the general public.   Now you have the opportunity to experience this incredible decadent dessert!

This is the Perfect RASPBERRY LOVER'S dessert.

An Almond and caramel first layer is topped with 6 more alternating dark and white chocolate raspberry silk layers.

Layer 2: dark chocolate Black Raspsberry Silk

Layer 3: white chocolate Red Raspberry Silk.

Layer 4: milk chocolate Black Raspberry Silk.

Layer 5: dark chocolate Red Raspberry Silk.

Layer 6: white chocolate Black Raspberry Silk.

Layer 7: is our grand finale of white chocolate Grand Marnier Silk with Black Raspberrry swirled throughout.

I'm sure some of you are wondering what a "BLACK RASPBERRY" is and where it comes from....Well, the berry puree that is used in this incredible cake comes from a farm in Cornelius, OR. It is Heikes Farms and they produce the MOST BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT berries in the country and that is why we use Heikes Farms for our specialty berries! The "Black Raspberry" is truly almost Black in color and extremely rich in flavor not to mention a very unique flavor all its own. You will be AMAZED with the incredible berry flavors of this delightful dessert!

What is Silk....where mousse and a fudge meet! It's not as heavy and dence as a fudge but it's not as light and airy as a mousse; it's very similar to the interior of a "Fine Truffle" only smoother and richer if you can imagine that.

All of Our Sinfully Decadent Chocolate Desserts are produced using only the finest ingredients available.....Guittard chocolates, pure heavy cream, unsalted butter, and pasteurized eggs because this is not a baked product and the pasteurized eggs insures that there can be "NO" salmonella.  

Our Silk Pies will serve 10 to 16 people comfortably depending on how you would like to serve them and which dessert you purchase.
